Why do the most average looking girls get approached the most?

I thought that it was always the hottest girls who get approached the most. But from what I've seen, its usually the average looking girls that get approached the most. Sometimes I would look at these plain jane girls and just wonder "what does he see in her?".

After I graduated high school. I was in the store and I ran into a friend of mine from school she was a senior this year.. As we were talking she told me the prom was tonight I asked who was taking her she said no one asked her or two of my other friends that she hung out with

There girls all three were beautiful I couldn't believe no one asked them she told me that they all 3 already got their dresses.
OI asked her if she wanted to go I would take her. I would take all three

She said yes and she would call the other two girls to see if they wanted to go and then call me and let me know

So I took all three girls
Well we all meant there at school and when I got there I was asking guys that I knew how come they didn't ask these girls

And most of them said well, look who they are. They figured somebody else already asked them

So I started paying attention to beautiful girls and I noticed the same thing guys did not approach them because they figured they were taken

Because they look more approachable and a better chance of them not having a boyfriend, where attractive women usually have a boyfriend already and they don’t they will usually reject a guy if a doesn’t measure up, so guys don’t need that type of rejection

Well it's easy majority of men are also average, average is the majority so they shoot their shot in their league so they won't get rejected, there's less chance of getting rejected by someone in your league then someone out of it.

Some guys after stare at lot at attractive women but never go ask their number / flirt becuase they're afraid of rejection so they get asked out less as for hot guys I guess online dating work well enough for them they do not need to bother with cold approach?

It's not a good thing based off the post, but I would like to be approached less. y'all attractive women can take all the male attention.

Oh, I dunno. Maybe those “plain jane” girls aren’t high maintenance, rude, spoiled, bitches and men appreciate that. Just a guess, though. 🤷🏽‍♀️🙄

I never approach, but I always assume the really attractive girls have a boyfriend. Especially considering so many girls are secretive about their relationship status these days
