I feel like there’s gotta be something wrong with me if I’m 36 and I’ve never had a relationship?

I am somewhat of a lead swimmer, but I’ve still been on dates with scores of women. nothing has ever led to a relationship. I just can’t believe I can’t find anyone I like who likes me back. It’s unbelievable. on the off chance they may like me at first they find a reason to not like me soon enough.. I’m so worried about finding a wife and having kids and all that. But obviously I don’t wanna do it with just anyone. It makes it so stressful.

I'm in the same boat. I took a look back at people I know that are in relationships. They fight all the time, some cheat constantly their kids grow up listening to it. It screws you up inside as a kid. My sister thought getting married would be so fun. Her husband usually leaves her at home to go play dungeons and dragons. He expects her to do all the housework. He rarely lifts a finger to. help her. He spends too much money on rpg stuff. He insists they eat out every night which reckless spending. My parents fight all the time over the stupidest things. I have no girlfriend/wife I have a good job no kids. I come home to silence. No screaming no one nagging me. No fighting with anyone. From what I've personally seen no one seems to be truly happy in relationships. I don't think I'd be happy either. So I'm staying single. If I want sex I can always go the bunny ranch. Its up to you to decide if you would truly be happy.

You're not kow-towing to enough women. Let me tell you man it's unfortunate but there are two types of people in modern dating. 1. The people who are single. And 2. The people who are using/manipulating the person they are with. Women use men for attention. And men largely use women for sex. And if you're not operating to that end, you're failing. It's just that simple my man. I wish that wasn't the world we live in but it is. The reality is women today do not look for partners. The look for daddies. They're essentially hoes that just aren't getting paid (at least not in the traditional sense😆). You have to think like a pimp. You got to walk that line of telling her she's special and whatnot even though she's really a dime a dozen while still exuding the aura that you're in charge. Because she wants to be subjugated. But she ain't going to do it easily. You got to break her like a horse. If you're not down with this you probably should not date.

Without knowing your personality, it is hard to say, but there is obviously something wrong.

Have you considered professional counseling? I was divorced around your age and had no trouble getting into relationships. It was too easy -- I should have moved a bit slower.
