I absolutely don’t know how to talk to girls, how to get better?

I know I should not put them on pedestal and stuff. I just dont know what to say. I can't be myself. I have never approached a girl. I dont know how to act when for example a friend comes with girls i dont know and stuff

If you can talk to guys, then you can talk to girls. You’re uncomfortable because you’re putting them on a pedestal. You’re afraid of leaving a bad impression. Try remembering that not talking to people you’re actively hanging out with is weird and it leaves a bad impression. Ell oh ell!
Start with “Hi! My name is [your name here]. What’s your name?”. That’s normal. Just be normal. Do they have a common name? “Oh! My favorite (movie star, auntie, bakery chef) shares your name! I like you already!” Do they have an uncommon name? “That’s a unique name. Is it a family name?” Now the first conversation has begun and as long as you don’t get too in your head about it, it will gain momentum. If you have something in common, like the friend who brought them. “How do you know (whoever)?” Then briefly explain how you know them. Or tell it in detail if it’s an interesting story!
You might know not to put them on a pedestal and to just be yourself. But if you talk to dudes no problem and can’t talk to women, you are failing at applying that knowledge.
This isn’t a secret. You will have more in common with most people than you could possibly have differences between you. Make finding out those commonalities and differences the whole point of any conversation and even if you don’t feel like you’re killing it, will known as the best conversationalist in the room. Just ask a lot of questions until they say something you can relate to, then share a little bit about yourself on that topic. Rinse and repeat.

Stop thinking about it like that. Think about on here a girl is a girl because why she's pink? Pink don't mean they are really a girl... Stop thinking about women like an alien species. They are the same as you in more ways then you realize. You ask what your suppose to do when your friends walk with women... well why do you see the women as separate from your friends... everyone that walked up in my head could be ny friend. Give the idea you do know how to talk to women a chance and you will see you can... the only thing that's stops a person from doing anything is themselves. Your mind is always one step ahead of you catch up and understand why you think the way you do. Accept it and change it. Only you can fix yourself

Stop I was literally about to comment and tag you, then I refreshed and you commented lol because I was like, didn’t we talk to this dude a week or two ago? We both gave him lengthy, in-depth advice, what more can we say? He either is going to muster up the courage to approach a woman with the tools we gave, or he’s not. We can’t do it for him.

Lie, lie, lie and then lie some more. Women do not want honesty man. They'll tell you they do. But the reality is they want an exciting fiction. Women seldom choose the best man. They generally choose the most inventive and convincing liar. Once you get really good at lying it'll become easy to talk to women. Be cause they eat out of your hand like a baby deer.
