Adapt. Switch up what you are doing. If people aren't responding to you look at what you are doing. Are you being fake? Too shy? Too aggressive? Unfriendly? Are you caring about your appearance?
A more brutal way to learn is to ask people to be honest and give a couple suggestions you could work on.
You might be really good and hitting on people who simply are not single.
