Technically, you can find a man to have a nice relationship with anywhere, and that includes dating apps. You always have to filter well though as there's a lot of guys that just want to get in your pants and move on.

You also have to have an understanding of what you want in a guy. Having similar views, interests, sense of humor, goals align, sexual desires match, etc.

The only way to find out if they're that kind of guy is to talk with them.

Find out what you enjoy doing with your life and find them along the way in doing that. If you enjoy doing outdoor activities, join community events and socialize with others s. If you enjoy staying fit, a gym might be a good place. Men are much more receptive than women are in gyms. If you enjoy reading, maybe find a cute cafe where you can sit and read and maybe approach guys you might be interested in

You can filter through a lot of people through dating apps but personally I had the most success with meeting guys through friends followed by college and an old job.
