A coward how? You talking about something specific or all things in life? I think one of the first things is building up your self-esteem. There’s nothing wrong w being scared at times. We’re all afraid of something. I always hear people say well he shouldn’t be a cop or in the military if he’s going to be scared. But being scared isn’t always a bad thing. Like someone said it keeps you alive. A lot of times when you get someone who is so gun-ho, they end up getting hurt or someone else hurt, possibly even killed. Being scared makes you think more about what you should do besides just running in guns blazing.

Fear has a purpose. The purpose of fear is to keep you alive. Back in the day when you heard something big walking toward you in the woods you got scared of the bear and the fear made you focus to get to safety. Today we don't have to be afraid of a bear in the woods. But you still get afraid of things... the purpose of that fear is to keep you alive make it into something positive like focus
