Yes for the most part. Also red hair is actually a genetic defect. That's why red heads are like unicorns they are rare. Not as much as they per say once we're but certain things have to be in / out of place for humans to conceive and have a red head child. It can skip a generation or be stuck in one sex within a family and as example a family having only red headed girls all of a sudden gets a red headed son. That can skip again and only a granddaughter gets the red hair again starting an skip.

There are several countries/regions full of folks who fit that description, so I wouldn't call it RARE the way violet eyes are.

Not really. I have blue eyes and while I have blonde hair I obviously carry the recessive gene for red hair considering my dad was a redhead. The kids father has bluegreen eyes and dark blond hair, but clearly is carrying the redhead gene or else my son wouldn’t have red hair (it needs to be inherited from both parents). Any child of two people carrying the redheaded gene have a 25% chance of red hair.

I don't think so, red hair and green eyes is probably even more rare (except in Ireland).

Also, red hair and grey eyes is an extremely rare combination.
