So today is my birthday, and everyone said Happy Birthday and bla bla, i ring my girlfriend as i haven't heard from her all day at 2pm and she said oh sorry i was busy i was meant to say happy birthday earlier... Like she says oh im the love of her life crap but can't spend 1min to say happy birthdaywhen its her birthday i actually say it at midnight to be nice and make an effort but i dont know im kinda annoyed. do i have the RIGHT?
Nothing is stopping you from being upset, but personally I wouldn't be upset if someone didn't say it to me. It's just not a big deal anymore. Maybe if I were still a teen or younger it would hurt if my parents or best friends didn't say it, but expecting people to just drop everything and remember to say it isn't fair.
