If we all have our own agency and free will, we typically choose selfishly. I would evaluate your own beliefs first and you may realize you are looking for a unicorn, especially in western countries where religion is a base for social cohesion.

Agnostics are to religion what socialism is to economics.

Because society and culture has shifted and those aren't core values for most anymore. If you can't attract a traditional woman then you aren't doing what you need to on your end. You are 20 and are looking for a traditional relationship. Unless you can provide for yourself and your future family now then it is pointless for you to date.
