I met a girl like a month ago. She was saying she was very interested in me and would be definitely down for a date. We were talking then she just stopped talking to me for like 3 weeks or so. She just wished me happy birthday and said she was glad I had a good time. I asked how she has been but no response. Should I try messaging her again in like a week? I feel like she said happy birthday to restart the connection but I dont know anymore.
