Which comes first, love or pride?

I have no problem apologizing when I discover I'm wrong, but have a big problem when someone tries to force me to apologize just to get the upper hand.
pride
Positivity comes before love. Pride and regret both come in a package first until replaced by positivity. ㅤ
In far too many cases, pride.

Pride goes two was of course you should have pride with in on who you and the things that you have accomplished.
And then there is the pride that you're talking about. If you can't admit that you're wrong, well, there's nothing to be proud of and if you try to fake it, you're going to get caught It's just a losing battle. The best thing to do is just be honest. There's nothing wrong with saying that you're wrong. I do it all the time
I do it on here when I answer your question. Just because I think something just like this question , just because I think it doesn't mean that i'm right and that's just who I choose to ne in life I'm not afraid to be wrong
And I'm not afraid to apologize when I am wrong. It's life
I've been wrong before and i'm sure I'll be wrong again
If you’re wrong and take accountability (genuinely) it means a lot. Yes, people can fake apologize. But it shows you’re a mature responsible adult. If someone can’t just admit when they are wrong and apologize like a adult and you can. Don’t waste time on them.
I also agree people shouldn’t be made to say they are sorry when they haven’t done anything wrong. But that’s another topic.
Depends on the personality of the people involved.
Pride comes first you have to love yourself to love anyone else. Love is about given them the ability to make you happy or not and trusting them to make you happy... no offense but even thinking the question is putting pride first. Everyone knows the right answer is love but to choose love you have to completely surrender pride. Thats not so easy. I think its a very slippery slope and there is no real right answer here. If you forget your pride you become someone different. If you forget you love then there was no point in the first place. Love is balancing two different peoples pride in a way they make each other better and life more enjoyable. Thats the best I got...
I don't understand the question. What comes first in what? A relationship? In that case, what kind of pride do you have in a relationship? Is it that you are proud to have created a relationship with that person? If that is the case, I think it would depend on what you call a relationship and what you can be proud of. If just having a boy/girlfriend is enough to be proud of, then pride would be first. If the pride needs a deeper relationship, then love comes first. I don't think I understand the question
Unfortunately, taking accountability, admitting when they are wrong, and apologizing, are all things that a many women struggle with but demand from men.
But the question is what comes first, love or pride. The answer is neither. What should come first is integrity and a sense of right and wrong. Do it for yourself. When you're wrong, admit it and apologize. If you need to feel pride, feel proud about doing the right thing. Especially if it involves someone you love.
Pride should be thrown in the toilet, so all thats left is love and in the end, the love of Christ.
Romans 835
“Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?”
Philosophically speaking, love should come first, but psychologically and often behaviorally, pride is what interferes and usually reveals itself first.
i see things in this order truth>love>pride so i won't lie for love. truth is above everything.
Why not both?
https://www.youtube.com/embed/YlXtrnh-EjoLove always but im too proud to apologise when wrong so I use my sexuality.
It depends on the person. I would like to think love myself.
Love, but you need to have red lines and mean it or you walk.
I get it
Right now my pride is preventing me reconciling with my wife
I can see that
But I just can't bring myself to find her attractive
Love should always comes first
@loveyouoak love
You mean lust.
Why would you use both in a same sentence
Love of course, I have no pride anyway.
For me, love
Anal comes first
Love.
There is no room for pride in love
There is no room for pride when it comes to love
Love
Love, of course.
Both
