Pride is just a toxic version of confidence, there's a big difference between being prideful and being confidence, one clear example is the selfish nature one has that the other lacks unless that pride is for someone else, it cancels that selfishness.
Due to my Christian beliefs I am going to say no.
In the Christian view, based on 1 Corinthians 13:4, true love is not proud, as pride is considered self-seeking and the antithesis of the selfless, sacrificial love (agape) modeled by Jesus. While pride centers on self-worth and arrogance, biblical love is humble, puts others first, and does not boast or act dishonorably.
Yes, it's the kind of pride that strengthens a relationship, but you should take pride in everything, including your relationships.
