Someone told me that they really like me a lot do they mean they are crazy about me or obbsessed?

He always touching me when we are together, he always kisses me, he always stares at me and when I look back he starts smiling, he always FaceTimes me when we are not together and texts me, he tells me he thinks about me a lot too, he tells me that why would I wanna hangout with my guy friends or if I mention a guy friend he says why would any guy wanna talk to his girlfriend (maybe possessive) and he told me that he looks a lot on my Snapmap
