You're a woman, not a guy. Women are attracted to 10% of guys at best. Men are attracted to 40 to 60% of women. There's a big difference between finding a woman physically attractive and actually being attracted to that woman.
How does it work? When I meet the woman in question I may find her physically attractive. But it's what she says and does that ignites feeling. I just suppress an feelings towards her. I remind myself this is her game. I remind myself she's saying and doing this to probably 20 other guys at the same time. I rationalize every word that comes out of her mouth. She either backs up her words with acts or she doesn't. If she doesn't then I know my suspicions were right. It was all part of her game. And I'm able to walk away with no feelings and knowing I didn't get got.
That's how we do.

I agree. But what I've learned about women in my time on earth, that's a little harder for women to do. Women steer into the skid when it comes to feelings. Women love the emotional lift. That's why some many women have such problems when it comes to dating. Men have feelings (believe me, men have feelings). But we know that feelings are our enemy. Y indulge your feelings and you lose control. It's always best to keep control in life. Nothing good ever really comes from losing control. And the RIGHT partner will understand that.👍

It kind of depends on the guy's general personality. If he's a positive guy in general then he'll be fine after a month or two, however internally there's of course some turmoil. If he's a negative sort of person -- or he's been through a cycle of bad relationships -- there may be a negative response (retaliation, stalking, bad messages, etc.).

Bottom line is that it's up to the gal to look at the guy's personality from the start and anticipate:
(1) Do I like this guy?
(2) If we break up can I deal with this negativity?
or
(3) He's generally a nice guy. Move slower to make sure we like each other. Spare his heart (and wallet) if we're not compatible.

It's been some time since I was in the position, but I never had a problem with rejection, so long as the woman was polite and honest. Just thank them for their time, and move on.

I've seen women being unnecessarily cruel in the way they reject men, which is completely uncalled for, but fortunately never experienced that for myself.

Overall, I think most guys respond based on the combination of what kind of guy they are, and what form the rejection takes. I understand that some men don't take rejection well, and some women also don't reject well.

Walk away and 2 minutes later it's forgotten. You have to have an abundance mindset where one door closes and a better one is going to open up. If you have a scarcity mindset you'd cry yourself to sleep every night.
