Around a month ago I met a girl while out with some buddies. We were talking and playing pool together. We started kissing, then that kiss led to multiple more. She started rubbing my back and head. We ended up not hooking up because I didn't want to be pushy. We ended up texting for a couple weeks, and she was calling me handsome and a bunch of flirty names. She was also being flirty as well. I would ask her on dates but she was always "busy" or ignore it in a way. Now she hasn't responded in a week but the conversation didn't end in a weird or bad way. What did she actually want? Or do you guys think she is going through some stuff right now?

Yeah seems like she wanted sex, keeping you on the back burner, and feeling her ego. I get people get busy but someone genuinely interested would have made plans and tried to find a time they aren’t.

it’s kinda hard during the end of the year with family and vacation plans and time off and holidays to make time for a relationship in it’s very early days

i could very easily see ignoring someone i met for one night because there’s so much going on

at the same time, when something is so new it can easily fizzle out through texting. so who knows. time will tell
