Why do some people defend using a man for money but if a man’s with a woman with more money then he has all the sudden he’s bad?

Obviously people use people…. Women aren’t immune. But assuming the relationship is genuine both ways. Is someone just jealous? Like why care so deep about a relationship that isn’t yours. Especially if you’re happy…

Men have traditionally been wealthier than woman, so it's regarded normal if a woman uses a rich man. If a man considered in his earnings prime partners with a rich woman, he's often called a worthless, unmanly gigolo even though almost all such men are extremely handsome.

My second girlfriend had vastly more than me, we were fine but I never used her for money even to the point that I'd tip 50% when she paid the bill and turned her down when she wanted to buy me a £5k watch
