I am in a talking stage with a man. We saw each other one time on a date after 3 days texting but also not too much. We have some history because we already dated 10 years ago but at the time I wasn't ready.
Now he went on vacation for 2 weeks. He still updates me sometimes with pictures but doesn't write me everyday like before. Is it a bad sign? In my mind if a man really like a woman he would text her everyday.

To me as a male yes it would be a red flag. Not 100% because a lot of men don’t like texting. But yes in most cases especially w a new relationship a man will talk to her just about everyday. But too women will say he’s too needy if he text or calls everyday so she will breakup w him. Women have all these things of things they say they don’t like about a man that they will dump him over. For instance wearing socks with sandals. So it’s hard to say. He may not want to seem desperate. He may not want to scare you off. It could be a lot of things so just cause he doesn’t call or text everyday doesn’t mean it’s a 100% red flag. Past experience probably dictate his behavior. The other thing too is he’s on vacation. Let him enjoy his vacation. He has a life besides you.

I was hanging out with all my buddies once we were laughing at having a good time watching a football game. One of my friends looked at all of us and said I miss my wife I think im gonna go home. It blew me away! We gave dude hell. Still give him hell for it. But honestly I want that... I think everyone does, its just more difficult finding a person we are capable of loving that much all the time.

For me, I don't like texting, but even just talking every day doesn't interest me. I prefer to talk when together in person and not every day. If someone wants to talk every day, they need to wait until we live together.

You need to show him that things are different this time , not the other way around.
