for me, it is the same with and without...

I don't base my confidence on whether or not I'm single or mingled

it comes from within, I am myself, lol

Of the 3 I've had, definitely higher in 2, and lower in one cause it became unrequited, and i felt unappreciated and that i wasn't being respected.

But the other two, self esteem was super high and kept going up as we both drove eachother to keep improving aspects of ourselves. Plus, people are much more attractive when they're happy

Depends who the person im coupled with is. Lol I've found myself in both situations... who we choose is everything. Im most confident when I know I can trust myself in choosing the right women. Its not always up to us.

I think it's been about the same. It didn't matter one way or the other. I had such difficulty with my ex that probably my self-confidence was a little reduced at that point, now that I think about it.
