Who moves in, the guy or the girl?

Sooner or later, in a committed relationship, people move in together. Who moves in? Does the girl move in with the guy, or does the guy move in with the girl? How do they decide?

Whoever has the nicer place, will be the one the other moves into. Always been my place so far but if the woman I move in with has a better place, I'll rent out my place immediately

For me, I stayed at her place, periodically, while dating but when things got serious, they moved in with me.
