I do, but I dont think its about them attracting. What i like about people that are the opposite of me, is they challenge me, they force me to be uncomfortable and do things I normally wouldn't. Whats new and different is exciting. Thats whats is attractive, finding out what we like and dont like. Duality helps with that.

If you're talking a "relationship", I think you do look for qualities in a potential partner that you don't have but like.

If you're talking about friends, I have to have some compatibility with them. I don't want them to be just like me, that would would be tough lol but I do want to have some common interests.

I would say generally probably not. Opposites will most likely not travel in the same circles so attraction will be difficult. However once a connection is made opposites can form a strong pair sometimes. One persons strength can be the others weakness... so together they can be stronger.
