The bible says that kindness makes your life easier if you take care of your self while being kind to others. You are less likely to have health problems like diabetes or high blood pressure, since your chances of getting diabetes are over 40% higher if you are lonely. You are less likely to get anxious if you believe people love you and you are less likely to get depressed if you believe people respect you. You are also less likely to be unhappy when you honour others. Research shows that spending on others increases happiness more than spending money on yourself because they did a study where they measured mood changes between those who spent on others and those who spent on themselves. After 7 days, the ones that spent on others were happier.
