How would you deal with a girl who's very serious about things?

How would you deal with a girl who can't take a joke, she's really serious. When she gets mad she interrupts you. This is her personality. Is there ways to go about it?

I ignore them until they go away. If that doesn't work, I employ 2 methods...

1) I become their worst nightmare, and they choose to cut me out of their life.
2) The nuclear option... I rip them apart emotionally. They so much as move wrong I'm calling them out. It makes them want to back out of the situation. I basically become really mean and insulting about any and everything until they want nothing more than to remove themselves from my presence.

I probably answered this question wrong because I don't choose to keep people around that are causing any kind of problems. To me it sounds like you have to deal with this chick and want to know how to cope. Tough one man... make her hate you.

Sounds like the start of a toxic relationship. Mutual respect is key. Constant interruption means she's trying to control you.

Some personalities just don't mix. Either stop making jokes when you know she isn't in the mood for them or risk her getting annoyed by it. She shouldn't interrupt just because she's mad and you need to put a stop to that because it sounds like she gets mad easily. You and probably just don't go together though.
