I think friendliness is the biggest thing when it comes to getting hit on.

if you're someone who dodges eye contact, never say hi to people, you're guaranteed to never get hit on.

His personality probably. Im more quiet, and typically drawn to more outgoing guys. I think if he's fun and boisterous, I would definitely approach him and spark a conversation.
