Is it usual to split up when marriage is mentioned?

What I mean is you meet someone when you're in your early 20s probably sexual attraction

Then when you're say 26 you think.. Do I want to spend the rest of my life with this person? Do I want to make children with them?

Then maybe you split up and look for someone with those marriage qualities? Parent qualities?

Or is that just very mean thing to do and mean way to look at life?

I wouldn't split up with them when it's mentioned, I've talked about it a lot with a lot of guys. I would split up if they kept trying to push it on me when I didn't want it or wasn't ready. I'm sure some guys have done that to some girls, but no one has ever done that to me.

This is completely normal. When you’re in your early twenties you want some things and as your grow up your priorities and desires change, so does your feelings and the way you see things/people

That doesn't mean that person they married is right for them forever
But there are strong reasons to stay with that person
