What does a girl mean by she wants to get to know me better, to talk casually, and that she’s also not in a “HURRY” for a relationship. I think she means what she means, but I have friends saying she’s not interested

She is not in a hurry to be in a relationship simply means that she wants to take her time and weigh all options open to her. She wants to assess your character and personality to see whether you are potentially a match for her.

It is a known fact that people tend to hide important facts about themselves and she probably thinks that you haven't told her everything she needs to know about you.

She will most likely investigate you, be it on social media or whether you appear anywhere on the internet and based upon the data she can collect, will make up her mind whether to pursue that matter or rather abandon it.
