I don't like the whole "daddy" thing. When I'm having an intimate relationship with a woman, the last thing I want to think about is a father/daughter relationship.
Just, no. Yuck.
I had a woman pull the "daddy" thing on me once, while we were having sex. We'd never discussed it before, and it had never even been brought up. Completely out of left field.
I've never lost my erection so quickly in my life. It was an absolute mood killer for me.

m 2 moI don't know about men, I know about me and my answer is 😬
It's very simple: 😬
I'm a father, so being called daddy makes me think of my daughter, and incest isn't really my priority you know. There's only one way to pull that one off with me, which is using it ironically, offending me will make me laugh. Someone tried that, it works, it still cracks me up because she's striking parsimoniously. Actually it also works because I'm not a native speaker, not sure I would laugh if my primary language was used.

You are a father! That’s cool 😊
But, I never called my father “daddy” 🤣
I’ve been always calling him “dad”
How do you say “daddy” in your language - 2 mo
Ah that's something I'd like to grasp in English, difference in spirit between dad and daddy. They both seem to be colloquial variants of "father", but there's more. In my language, you would say "papa" and it's the only one colloquial option
- 2 mo
I like “papi” also 😄
- 2 mo
Wait, you're telling you never called your dad daddy, so what do you associate daddy with when you say it to a partner?
- 2 mo
For sure I don’t mean it as a “father” 😄
I say “daddy” during intimate moments because it expresses attraction to a dominant, protective partner. It’s just a playful nickname…not meant literally - 2 mo
I didn't think you were explicitly incestuous, no, thank god 😂
But... Okay, attraction to dominance makes complete sense, I can feel attracted to her dominance as well when situation matches. So we probably react in the same way, it's just that words chosen to mean what we mean can create terrible misunderstandings lol - 2 mo
He’ll know the meaning when I say in my way
- 2 mo
Say it*
Being called “mama” or anything like that by a guy would be weird and not something I think I would like. I have been called “granny” for things like driving slow (I am a slow driver). I have been called “mom” and “mommy” by female friends who wanted my advice or help in some way.

2 moNot all men, but many men like it, including myself. It's more of a dominant term than the actual meaning of it. It's hard for many people to conceptualize and therefore get it.
10 Reply It's not a simple yes or no.. There is a time and a place for everything and the right timing in the right place it can add to the experience certainly. just like the opposite is true. Different strokes for different folks I suppose.. I've known women that love being called baby girl and some that love when I drop looking good mommy.
14 Reply- 2 mo
I know.. but in the right place and time, do you like it or no? 😄
It’s a yes or no question.. because some people will tell you “no, I don’t like it.. it’ll flip my mood” for example - 2 mo
To the people that say no I would have to assume have not tried it in the right time or place. I have both liked it and not liked it. I had a girlfriend who was in to calling me daddy and is was hot. she always found the best time to sneak it in, and i had another lady friend who would use the term in odd moments where it felt out of place and not good. Guess maybe I'm an odd one out but even if it a yes or no question it is not a yes or no answer to me.

I think most of this stuff comes down to consent. You really need to read the room and have open truthful conversations about stuff before. I have done things for women I didn't like that over time become some of my favourites and some things that just never stuck.. Whenever someone answer to anything sex is no I strongly suggest opening up your possibilities. Life is too short. and even if you don't like being called daddy you may like how she responds from being able to call you daddy. and whatever doesn't kill you just makes you more dangerous..
2.2K opinions shared on Dating topic. Maybe.
I think things need to be organic to be sexy. You can buy a sexy nurse outfit but your girl might not vamp it up and just be in a cheap outfit. :)
If my girl is naturally submissive with me then I would enjoy it. But if she was just saying it to be sexy it would probably fall flat.12 Reply- 2 mo
That’s a very good observation

2 moMy father is my only "daddy." My son has the only right to call me "mama." I realize there's some "culteral" attachment to these name usages, but I don't like it. I'm not everybody's parent. I supposei it's some sign of respect with those who use it, but it's far too familiar. Call me miss or ma'am. Far more neutral.

2 moCalling a guy "Daddy"(in seriousness), is major sign of a vanilla girl who thinks she's kinky and hasn't experimented above basic vanilla level kinks. As for me, I'm neutral to it.
