Like meeting people in a different country and spending a romantic or a fun evening with them.

I am usually too busy when traveling, or either with friends or boyfriends, so I can’t think of any travel dates of mine during my trips.

However, this weekend there’s Grand Prix in Shanghai and I got asked out by one of the racing drivers, I am genuinely busy on the weekend, and still haven’t decided to go, because I have another first date on Monday, and don’t want to scatter but felt like might be a nice break from my single life to go and spend a nice quality evening with someone interesting, very handsome and a former champion.

I am single after all. What am I to blame?

I couldn't. On the surface it sounds fun and exciting, but then I wonder how would I ensure my safety? If my boyfriend were abroad and suddenly asked to me visit then that would be a different story. But meeting someone new far from home just has too many risks

Nah. No need. I have a good career and make decent money. Not in any way shaming women who do. I have done a bit of nude modeling for art classes and as a spicy gift for my partner, but that's really it. As far as living with them, meh. There is a Gran Prix race in Watkins Glen , NY. I friend of mine was a deputy sheriff there and every year he invited me to come up for the race. It's about a 5 or 6 hour drive.

I never did go and now regret it.

I think my main thrill of these dates is as bad as it sounds - trophies… Not sex… Not anything… Just the flirt, feeling desirable and ticking one more type of man that I’ve “charmed”… :)

Like I am trying to prove something to myself… I guess. I want me to not to. I want to have a meaningful low key, quiet and stable relationship… And I was close to that but ruined it with my constant anxiety and reactive behavior from jealousy.

Proving something to myself - never ends… I felt like after the break up I would no longer prove anything to myself and just genuinely be myself, but I am still trying to prove something to myself and play…

Gotta go back to therapy.

As for the date - I will likely not go.
