Is it a turnoff for you if you’re a recovering alcoholic but the guy you like has 1 or 2 drinks a night. Only beer not heavy liquor

It is usually like playing with matches in a room made of gasoline in the first few years of sobriety in my experience. I dropped the match but I am sure there are people who wouldn't. It was a little over two and of half years sober before I was able to form a healthy relationship with alcohol.

@Drumlin2001 that's not a real alcoholic. A real alcoholic doesn't know when to stop drinking or when they have had enough.
