She ignored me and left with another guy — should I stop trying?

Hello, there is a girl who was my teammate for 3 years, i didn't like her at all but suddenly i fell for her and started interacting, in 3 months we talked more, teasing each other, having some moments before she left sport and i met her next day as group in snow where i held her for video carried her, we had some moments there took selfie, walked with crossed arms and then there was no contact for months.

Recently she joined again and our first meeting was awkward i went for hug, she went for handshake, joked about it and started talking again, we went home togather and agreed on training outside gym, run in park, she couldn't come because of rain and then there was other attempts but failed, once we went with group and played some games, hung out togather,

Yesterday she came to run also but she didn't great me, she ignored and qent to hug our coach next to me then i looked at her again but she was avoiding and realised she was with a guy, i don't know who that was, i talked to her little but still confused what was happening, she ran with him and when we tald her me and coach, we will give u ride home come, she refused and went with that guy, i have no idea what to do and what to think, only hope is that guy was his brother but I don't know, i was so depresed.

Next time i see her in training how should i act? What should i ask? Where am i supposed to go from there?

Yes. Next time you meet her act casual. Because that is all you are. To do anything else you'll just be humiliating yourself, and for nothing. She may have NEVER been interested in you. That doesn't mean you're not a catch. It just means she can't see it. And nothing you do will change that until she WANTS to see it. Which may be NEVER.

If she does all of a sudden start make passes at you, now you have a BIGGER problem. Because you gave her clear signs before. Women live for this 💩 man. If you thought you were being obvious. I guarantee you she saw and understood it. So that means she KNEW and rejected you. So what has changed on her end? Most likely NOTHING. She just noticed you're not pursuing her anymore. And now she wants that attention back. So she's just going to bait you. She's going to breadcrumb you. Personally if it were me, I've seen this time and time again. I would drop her flat! If you want to, throw her game right back at her. Play hot and cold, but never give her the upper hand. Always leave her hanging. But if it were me I'd still be friendly (no reason to be an a**hole). To do otherwise just let's her know she got into your head. And these types of women love that. But NEVER let her control the interaction again. But agai if it were me, I'd just drop her flat. Because you're at a disadvantage in this fight (and it is a fight. It's just a psychological one). And this is why I say you're at a disadvantage. Women LIKE THIS have been grooming themselves to manipulate men since before they could walk. You are at least a couple decades behind her in this game. Your mind cannot go to depths hers will. The only advantage you have over her. As a guy you are emotionally in control. Not at the moment, because you are allowing your feelings for her to affect you. But you CAN shut those feelings off. Men can compartmentalize their feelings. Women have very hard time doing that. This is why we CAN control EMOTIONALLY any relationship when we CHOOSE to.

Good luck man! Be a man, stay in control till you find a good woman that truly deserves what you have to offer.

if she really were interested in you she would have done it years ago... and if she was waiting on you, then you never really did anything at all

I think if she was interested she would have at least been kinder to you through everything. It's hard to say "I'm not interested" for a lot of women because we're scared of how the other may react. If it was her brother and she was interested in you, she would have introduced him as her brother rather than have you wondering.

It wasn't like complete ignorance, just didn't say hello, no hug nothing, we talked for a bit and i set her strava account, she joked you run instead of me, if i met girl i like with my sister i would feel shy to hug her also, maybe that's the case and i will have to be arround her anyways so what should i say to her? Do i bring up yesterday and say why didn't you say hello, everything is alright? Or ask about the guy

She didn't have to hug you but she could at least say hey, she could say that's my brother (to clear the air rather than have you stress over it). Even if it was her brother, if she was interested she would want you to know.

I met her today morning, it was my sister me and her, she huged me straight away and we were talking a lot, laughing, me and her run togather only 2 of us, recorded videos, then said let's go evening also, what does that means?
