Is online dating actually worth it, and how do you make it easier?

Can someone date online? I feel it's very difficult sometimes.

I say yes. But i also say you need to give it proper perspective. No matter what you do you will only be 50% of the equation. You never view online dating as anything more than cheap/free entertainment until you're out on a date with a woman you meet from there.

There are also unwritten rules/tips imho that you should observe.

1. Never message ANY woman first. The rules of online dating are inverted to IRL dating. Unless you just like rejection. You do not improve your odds significantly if at all by messaging women first. My matches actually increased after I stopped messaging women.

2. Pics, they are PARAMOUNT for your profile. But not for the reason you might think. Women when they look at your profile are writing a story about you in her head. If you have nothing but selfie the story she's writing is you have no friends and you might be a serial killer.😆 No selfies!!! Post pics that either show your personality. Or at least the personality you want her to THINK you have.😆 I put a wide variety of pics of friends and I at the ballpark, camping, at concerts and music festivals. And I update them from time to time. Cause some women might be on a fence as to whether to contact you or not. I also think it's a MUST to have at least one of you in a suit, just to prove you own one and are capable of wearing it.😆

3. Leave your bio blank. I'm not kidding. Understand women are HIGHLY judgmental. They make all kinds of bad choices (that's probably why they're on a dating app.) Never say more than you have to to a woman before you meet her. Nothing will kill your odds faster than the words that'll come out of your keyboard (or text). Instead let the goblins in her head write the story about you. Let her look at the pics and determine what she thinks you are. I PROMISE you. What she'll come up with (to her) will be better (to her) than anything you could write.

Well there you go. Now sit back, read a magazine and let the fish (women) bite on your line. Again, this is cheap/free entertainment. You can't force connection. You've done everything in YOUR power to improve your odds. Now it's up to THEM.

Man, you seem to be an expert on this. Anyway, the only picture or video you'll find on my accounts is of Israeli army gunfire in my neighborhood. Honestly, I think it's best if young men don't post anything about themselves on social media. If someone wants to, let them come on their own. A man shouldn't be like a fukin rabbit. I believe that the best, most suitable, and most virtuous girl will come along, of course if the man deserves her

It worked for me after my divorce, but that was some years ago. I have no idea what it's like now. I used Match, had long-term relationships with a few women. A year after the end of a five-year relationship I met my current wife on Match.

You can meet online and then date in real life. It works. Just got to be persistent and patient.
