Marriage has nothing to do with sexual ethics. "Ethical" means treating people as you would want to be treated. In a sexual context, it means having full consent with an informed partner. "Informed" means that they know everything relevant to their decision to consent -- current sexual behavior with others, STD status, intentions for a future with them, etc.
