Depends who the people are. Skating among people who are GOOD at it is REALLY FUN. But clumsy people skating is NO FUN at all. Just read the room and know who you're with.

About the only fun I'd have (non-skater, me) is watching the girls skating around in their tiny skater skirts. So, I'd much rather hang out in the mall. At least I can check for record stores, novelty stores and find places to eat.

I don't think so. 😭I always crash into things and fall over when I skate. At the malls I'd say I fall over and bump into things about 80% less often
