Does walking around the shopping mall count as exercise?

I work near the shopping.
I don’t have time to exercise at the moment due to shift work.
I walk around the mall in my break which comes to about 6000 steps.
Does this still count?

Walking is walking. It burns calories whether in a mall or on a treadmill. All good 👍

Yes it does, steps are steps, and they all count. Six thousand steps is roughly three miles, so good work.
