Maybe a little bit. but that would get boring after a while. I like to go outside and go walk and look at the world and nature. there were days were i would walk almost 3 hours just because the fresh air helped my depression and anxiety. Walking is one of the best anti-depressants for me. Never taking any more medications they have nasty side effects.
If you did high knees/ran in place for 1 minute and did jumping Jack's for another minute immediately after it would be much better exercise than just walking for 30 minutes.
no. too short of distance, even if back and forth. and i'm assuming you're not fast walking either. there's also no terrane.

Walking for 30 minutes isn't exercise in my book. it's better than not doing anything but it's not gonna make you more fit it lose weight.
Walking is an excellent exercise, low stress on bones and muscles while raising the heart rate and burning calories.
If you push yourself and that's the best you can do, then yes it counts as a workout
You might have to do it for like an hour at least to get anything it from tho
