Is my 54M coworker actually asking me (32F) out on a date?

Did my 54M coworker ask me (32F) out? He also hid his date from me. What is this?

He has always been flirty with me for more than a year, sometimes made worrisome jokes such as he is in love with me but he has never made a real move or he even suggested me to help finding a boyfriend so I thought it is just his personality and he is harmless As a friend I really like him and we have a close relationship at work. Both of us got divorced around one year ago.

Last week I told him that I started dating and met one person and it was okayish and I will see him again and lets see. He took it with a bit low energy and asked some questions about it. He said he also been to a date recently which went good, they were together for all day and it was a friends set up. I told him that ir sounds promising and I am happy for him. He said “no rush lets see” kind of things and he added that “they did not arrange a second date yet.”

Then he asked me suddenly “so when are we going to see a movie together?” We were talking about this 4-5 times but I was saying that I can not go to cinema in this country as I need my own language’s subtitles. He said I should give it a chance, my English is very good and then he sent a link to me where I can find the agenda and said “you will pick a movie and we will see it together”

Now everytime we talk he asks if I have already selected the movie, he says he is looking forward. Is it a date?

Additionally, when we were talking about our weekend plans, he asked if I had the second date and he again mentioned they did not arrange their second. But it is a lie. I know they arranged a second date because his calendar is open to me and I have to send him a lot of meetings due to work so I could realize it. (Yes he marks his dates on work calendar)

So I feel really bad about it. What do you think happens here and what should I do?
