So my colleague and I have been working together for 2 years. When I first started the job, we all went out for drinks. I could tell he really liked me, was chatty to me in the office too. I didn't think anything of it. Besides it takes me a while to connect with people. He became distant after a while. Long while. Just recently, we've asked other colleagues for after work drinks, only me and him end up going. The attraction is there between us!! But we seem to talk more on a 'friend' level and chat about work. But he's the one that seems to want to stay out longer and talk more. Is he looking for something to happen between us? By the way, both of us are aware of our colleagues and wouldn't even dare for them to know anything!
