Do you feel she would be open to me asking her on a date?

I was out with work colleagues last night at the pub and I felt like I was getting a lot of attention from a woman I work with. I've seen signs in the past, but she seemed to be far more overt last night. I do find her attractive but as we work together I do not wish to make it awkward if I am wrong.

We work in different departments so other than being in the same room a few times, we have not spoke at all for 6 weeks. We are friendly (we've gone on weekend breaks along with other colleagues, nights out etc) but not besties (as in she has no real reason to be so familiar with me), therefore in my opinion her behaviour last night seemed flirty and she acted differently with me to everybody else.

Things she did:

Standard things such as catching her looking at me a lot, laughing at most of what I said, some dancing together etc.

She purposely sought me out to tell me she was going home 'i am sorry xx but I am leaving' (had an early morning flight) I asked why so early and she said she didn't want to be too hungover in the morning (completely understandable) but to subtly indicate my own interest I said stay a while longer but don't drink anymore alcohol. She didn't take much convincing and ended up staying a couple more hours. Why would she seek me out to tell me she is sorry she is leaving? She didn't appear to do so with anyone else.

We were dancing and I was hot (took jumper off etc) and she said about going outside. We met up with some other colleagues, I shortly proceded to go back in. A minute late she followed me in, we ended up sitting in a booth alone talking etc though frequently being disrupted by some random drunks. One of these drunks then proceeded to apologise for disrupting our date (neither of us corrected her).

Lastly when she finally did leave, she gave me a very tight hug, I kissed her on the cheek and she made me pinky promise that we will go on another trip soon.

I am fairly confident she is attracted to me, shall I ask her on a date?
