Do you give your gay friends dating and relationship advice?

I don't give anyone dating advice. Only philosophical and wellbeing advice.

For example, there is no such thing as strength if there is no temptation or resistance. You can't commit to anyone if you can't reject everyone. If biologic and emotional needs are what brought together then they will separate you eventually, but if your conscious willingness did then you won't separate until you will to. ㅤ

My roomie in college is gay. He is a fantastic person and had a breakup with his partner. I gave him words of encouragement which he appreciated.
