they are renting a place with there brother or sister, uber to work everyday ( i. e doesn’t have a car).

Not for long. I mean i could see for a short time as a stop gap measure. But longterm that is financial suicide. If i date at this point it is with long term purpose. And i wouldn't be able to be with someone who makes long term financial choices like that.
