How badly did I mess up by dating my first girlfriend at 29?

I got my first girlfriend ever at 29, and she was a 7/10.

She constantly was unfaithful and made fun of it, I lost tons of money spending it on her. I threw her ass away after 11 months.

How bad did I fuck up by dating her?

Well on one hand you fucked up pretty badly letting her use you like that. Ouch!

On the other hand, consider that money and time and emotional beating your tuition in the University of relationships. You learned some expensive lessons.

Set boundaries and standards for yourself going forward. Enforce them without mercy. Kick women like your ex girlfriend to the curb first time, every time they show you any disrespect. Do not hold onto anyone who needs to be tossed out with the trash.

The more time you waste with the wrong women, the longer it will take you to find the right woman.

You didn't mess up. You didn't lose because you were trading money for sex. When the sex wasn't worth your time and money, you broke up. That sounds like a win to me.
