How do I approach this girl at my gym who is my old friend’s sister?

about a month ago i noticed this brunette girl who was really hot suddenly appear at my gym , i didn't realise who she was at first and wasn't even sure i knew her at all

but then i eventually realised she was the younger sister of this girl i knew from a while back , i'm not even exactly sure how i knew the older sister but she did live her back then and i can recall seeing her on social media its also possible they both worked at this drug store i went to years ago

last summer i saw both of them at this restaurant and older sister was with her new boyfriend and younger sister alone , i recall being really surprised to see that she had a tattoo on her back ( girl at gym also has a tattoo on back so for sure same girl ) and older sister was really upset that i was noticing her sister and such but i didn't really even talk to them we were just nearby.

but whats weird is last summer the younger sister was like dirty blonde hair colour now she's dark brunette which might explain why i didn't realise it was her rate away, i also wasn't even sure that she still lived here but when i search online it says that she has a job at a car dealership.

we actually have a lot in common , go to gym , read books , like tattoo's and live in same area but i don't really know her well , some times at gym we make eye contact and when she was near me i got a closer look at her and for sure its the sister , but all she does at gym is like stretches and bending in the yoga room area which is super hot and treadmill , i don't know how you'd ever talk to her there

auto fill changed my title , not sure i want to approach her more wondering how to deal with her , i also checked sisters social media and is a profile pic of her with brunette hair now so its for sure same girl , i could picture us dating but worry older sister may take it badly , i wouldn't of like suggested she join gym and come out at same time i do , just seems like we have a lot in common and similar mind set

Stop analyzing her hair color timeline like you’re solving a murder. Blonde to brunette? Who cares. I once dyed my hair green to impress a girl who turned out to be a mannequin. Still talked to her for twenty minutes. I actually said something similar to the mannequin as what your story is: "Hi, aren’t you [older sister’s name]’s sister? I think I saw you at a restaurant last summer. You had a tattoo on your back. I promise I’m not a creep, I just remember backs really well. It’s a gift."

Worst case? She says no. Best case? She says yes and you find out she also remembers you from that restaurant where her older sister got mad because you looked at her back tattoo.

i don't think older sister was upset i noticed the tattoo more upset i kept noticing the sister when i saw them last summer

never actually said anything to her about the tattoo

not sure i've ever talked to younger sister before other than maybe years ago when she was a cashier at that drug store but i didn't really know her back then she just worked there

i can't recall seeing her anywhere else in our hometown , i didn't even realise she still lived here but her linkedin page says she's been back her since last year working at that dealership in the office , i don't drive a car from there so never go in and wouldn't of know she worked there
