This is the mistake men make, they think that woman assess them by their number rating on the attractiveness scale, when they assess you on whether you reflect people and values and experiences they have had in their past history or culture.

The $14 an hour isn't that big of a deal but it depends on why. If its just a matter of switching jobs maybe that is a good idea. But if its a lack of valuable skills that would impact your attractiveness.

If and when you actually accumulate large amounts of money, this, in and of itself, without anything else added, will completely fix the other problems you've mentioned. On the other hand, if you fix the other problems you've mentioned but still continue to be without money, you can forget about making any progress from that point. Women do not want to work, except for the few who say that they want to or enjoy doing it, and those women lie.
