I think it mainly depends how angry you are or how much he deserves to hear about it, to me most of the time, I would not say "everything," for example if I think he's nice but boring, I would not say "you are nice but boring" I would more likely say something like "I'm not ready for a serious relationship right now" or whatever, because I don't want him to hate me and I don't want an enemy if I can avoid it. If he does something horrible then yes I would prob explain it 100% and loudly. JMO!

I have no reason to hide anything at that point, so sure, I would tell him if he really wanted to know. The question is will he become angry and lash out if I do. If he's getting heated then I would stop and just end the conversation there.
