Why haven’t I seen this girl at her workplace lately, and am I overthinking it?

not entirely sure why i haven't seen her for a while as i go to the place she works often but she never seems to be working when i go or not in the right area so i'm missing her. her co workers also aren't much help and don't tell me where she is or when she is going to be there. but she does still work there

feel like maybe i'm too obsessed but when i saw her there for her first shift this summer which must of been a month ago she seemed really happy to see me and we talked then i saw her once more a week later and not once since

we live in the same area but i don't see her anywhere else , know that she likes starbucks but i never go there , no other leads really as to where she could be

she returned , had booked some time off work for various reasons , we got along really well on her first day back but on second day not so well so now not sure what to do

Yes, I think you have become too obsessed/infatuated with these women in their places of work. It’s very interesting to me how you can be so utterly oblivious to the problem with you frequenting these places and seeking out the young female workers, routinely every single summer. I’d be completely unsurprised if you’ve got some sort of reputation amongst the women there.

she's worked there for a couple years used to always see her there , she still works there but in different role and seems to work at a different time so missing her each time i go there

she talked to me when i last saw her , she knows i'm interested in her and want to visit her but she is not making it easy for me to find her and her co workers aren't giving me any leads as to her whereabouts
