Yes, let me tell you a funny message I once got from a girl.

She said she liked a guy at school. Sometimes she helped out in the cafeteria, and one day he asked her for tea. He was downstairs and wanted her to prepare it and bring it down.

Then she literally messaged me asking, “How long should I wait before going downstairs so it doesn’t look like I’m in love with him?”

Why do they do this? A lot of girls have low confidence, and many of them believe in myths like “women shouldn’t chase men” or “I shouldn’t look too easy.” They also think, “What if I get rejected?” or “What if people make fun of me?” So a lot of them basically get scared to death.
