Why do some women assume all older men are bad after past trauma?

I had a few friends had bad experience with older men when they were young and now they think most older men are bad and project their trauma and experience onto everyone who's young in relationship with older men.

I find it ignorant and annoying because they know nothing about the people involved. I tell them that and they get mad at me.

Well they probably view you as a turncoat. It's us against them. And if you're not with them you're against them.

Some people have a hard time taking responsibility for their poor choices. And some people simply do not want to get burned again so the paint everyone of the opposite gender wirh the same brush.

I can relate to some of this. In my yourh i made some poor choices in the women i put trust in. I was untrustful of all women for a while. I've softened on this. Bur i'm still on my guard.

If you're a friend to them all you can do is speak truth to them. Because as a friend that is your duty.👍

A lot of people don't take the steps required to heal from traumatic events. This results in them being illogical.
