No, that is not negative for many reasons. I will give a couple that stand out to me. One is that people will find that out about you eventually, so why hide it? I think you should embrace who you are and not pretend to be someone you are not.

The second thing that sticks out to me is that there could be people looking for exactly that. I am not interested in dating right now, but if I were I would probably look for somweone that was more simple and down to earth.
