If you look at modern dating advice for men it’s like - you are not good enough and you need to build yourself financially/physically to be ‘good enough.’

Whereas for women: You are special, perfect and you deserve a man that is xyz

This is what people are absorbing on apps like instagram.

Men are being told we are not good enough and creating narcissistic women. This is a disaster? Girls look at social media and see this ‘soft life’ and this life where a women is just receiving flowers and being spoiled and just living an easy life. They think this is a realistic marriage etc..

I know men and women are on different sides of the internet because what you're describing is not what im seeing.
I see women telling other women to protect themselves and their peace
And if you get a man, he needs to add value or have the same values as you
