How can I learn to build a healthy first romantic relationship at 30?

I need to learn how to be in a Relationship.

What things and responsibilities do I need to learn and take care off!.

Seriously at 30 Age , I have never been on a Date or Kissed or have been intimacy with anyone else..

And truly I do want to be genuinely connected to someone (a Human Female)!.

How can I learn and Educated myself, on this subject Matter!

Like do I just Jump into one and Learn by on site training!

Well first of all I’d say educate yourself on just what type of person you are as a a man. What kind of partner do you want? One who is somewhat traditional, to have kids while she stays home w the kids. A 50/50 relationship where both people co tribute financially. I’d say look at people in your life who have relationships that have lasted a long time that you admire. Look at their relationship. Talk to them. Make sure you stand on your morals. What about your parents? Did they have a successful relationship? If not, why? Even than you can look up to your father as far as whether or not he was a good man. Take the things you admire about him as well as other things you admire in other men who are successful in life all around that you think k will build a solid foundation. One of the biggest things though is having respect for yourself. Never grovel to a girl to stay w you or take you back, because if you do she knows she can make you do whatever. If she doesn’t respect you she won’t ever truly love you. Stick to your morals. Be a man of your word. These days that doesn’t even truly exist anymore. One thing I’ve learned w women. Look at what they do, not what they say.

I don't know much about your culture. Here is the US, larger churches have programming specifically for young single men and women, and a first date can be done in the context of a group activity. That allows you to observe how others are interacting and to note which approaches seem to be more successful.

Double dating means you, your partner, and another couple go out together and that also allows you to observe more experienced guys doing what they do. Or you can try to organize a group of co-workers to go out to a bar or pub at the end of the work day and, again, you have the benefit of being in a group setting.

Do you have a female friend or cousin who would agree to go on a "fake date" with you to observe and offer some critique and suggestions for you?

Get out of your head and into theirs. If ya don't know how to do that, then read books written about women. Read a book written by players, to understand female psychology. Or get a degree in womens studies. Talk to women... a group of women, take a class in relationships or something.

They are looking for someone strong emotionally that can take a lot of crap and not run but succeed, someone can have compassion and be emotionally supportive and supportive in general.

Learn what they like, how they like to feel loved and do that.

Well, I was around 30 years old when I got into a real relationship and got married, but at least I did have several relationships of experience before that so I don’t know how long it’s going to take you, but maybe you could talk to some married guys about it in person

My guess is that the best way to learn to be in a relationship is to start one. Ask a girl out. If it goes well, go out again. Reflect on your feelings, and hers. Care about her, but don't assume you will be together forever.

Most of us bumble through clumsily in our teens. But I assume the same approach works later. 🤷‍♀️
