Her lack of positivity is probably the biggest. Life is hard but if she can't even put her negativity away for even a date, it will not get any better from then on.

The next big red flag is if she starts talking sex on a first date. Excuse me? We just met, why don't we start with, "hi i'm...".

The next big red flag is is she asking questions to get a feel for you? Or is she asking questions trying to find your buttons, triggers. It's unfortunate, but some women today simply do not know what a healthy relationship is. You can determine pretty quickly if she is looking for someone she can control, vs. looking for a man who has like minded views and compatibility.
